I heard CA fumes causes three things when inhaled for long periods of time. The first one is memory loss. I can't remember the other two.

I hope the boy is ok.

Misread the handy government height/weight chart. More like 50 lbs. Still no-go on the flying. 70lbs. was sounding like a big-ass 6 yr. old...

Makes you wonder how old the sibling is that said he was inside when it took off? Both of them are probably parked in front of the TV watching Fox...

The National Enquirer will probably write a story of the child being abducted by aliens that thought the balloon was actually Giant "Jiffy Pop"....Just sayin'

I believe it is!
Since they ( the family ) are are scheduled to be on some tv show called wife swap, its probably just a publicity stunt...

I believe that they have already been on the show.

From the Fox News Story:

The boy and his family appeared on the 100th episode of the ABC series "Wife Swap."

My theory is that the boy told his reliable sibling to say he was inside, then untied it and headed over to his Swapped Mom's house to watch it all unfold on TV.

If he's my kid he'll need a stand-up version on the next one!

Gotta like his attraction to flight though.
