"Fund" Fly, November 7, Newport News, VA

The Newport News Park RC Club is having a fun Fly on November 7th to benefit one of our club members with cancer. We are asking for a minimum $10 donation which will include a BBQ lunch. A raffle will also be held for some ARF's, fuel and other cool prizes. If you are in the area please come out and support one of our local flyers.

Thanks to everyone that came out and supported the “Fund Fly”. The weather was super and the flight line was busy all day long. There were close to 60 Pilots who signed up for the event with many more who watched, donated and participated in the raffle. The total raised was over $3600 and the event was a great success. Again, thanks to all who participated.
