Not going in to details.. I will just say this.. KILLER customer service. Never think twice about buying anything from them. I cant be more pleased.

I think the PowerBox and Emcotec units are real nice, but I'll only buy Smart Fly. Bob has always been more than willing to answer my questions and plus his stuff is more versatile. It seems like PowerBox and Emcotec all have internal regulators for Lithium batteries.

Bob Ritchey actually calls CD's of IMAC contests and asks if there's anything he can do to support the event. Sometimes there would be no pilots' raffle at all if it werent for the DONATED smart-fly products and gift certificates. Can't help but support a company that does that...

Smart-Fly has great products and great customer service. The fan on my Turbo Reg went out and called and Bob said, "No problem I'll send you another unit, just send me yours when you can so you can get back in the air". If that's not great customer service I don't know what is. All my airplanes have Smart-Fly products and they are great!

the other great thing about them the stuff works all the time I have some of there equipment and it is 5 years old and still works perfect!

I bought an EQ-10 from a dealer, installed it, had a problem with the connector. Bob 2nd-day airmailed me a replacement one the next morning, and told me to return my original unit at my leisure, no questions asked.
I had no previous experience with Smart-Fly products, and I only bought it to avoid buying 3 JR Matchboxes. After my experience with this fabulous unit I will put one in every plane I build, and I HIGHLY recommend Smart-Fly products to anybody contemplating a power system.

Expander pro and F.O. kill switch in 3 planes going on 4 years no issues so I haven't had to test customer service. I also think they are more economical then the other guys.
