You know....i could have posted this in the DA-100 VS DL 100 thread that's going on....but it would just get buried. So i thought i'd mention that i got some awesome service from Tom over at BME.

If you scroll through a bunch of my posts , you know the BME is by far my favorite brand. Heck , being lighter , and more powerful and with great service....i'd like to see another engine CO. beat it , or even match it.

I had a BME 58 on the front of a 3DHS AJ Slick , and had a little mishap. Plane went in nose first , and i slightly bent the crank , and damaged the front bearing. I 1-day shipped it to Tom on Friday morning and he recieved it on saturday late afternoon. he fixed it first thing Monday morning and shipped it back out SAME DAY! I had the motor on my door step on Wednesday afternoon. So all in all....my plane was away from my house a total of 5 days.....Impressive!

I know people always bring up the great service from DA , so i thought i'd post up a great service thing Tom did for me at BME.

BTW.....Jody at Valley view is in the same boat! Top "friggin' notch service!!

I have to agree with Jeff, I started using BME's this past summer and I must say Tom at BME went a step and beyond. I fly a BME 102 & 110 Extreme. The 110 I bought used and had some issues with it from the previous owner. Sent to Tom twice, both times during the summer months it was repaired and back in my hands within a week. Every time I called out there I spoke directly with Tom, no phone tag.
I can't say enough about the service I have received from Tom, keep up the great work

Tom has replied all my questions and shipped all the spare parts I have requested (international shipping in my case).
In occasions has been difficult to to get a hold of him, however I understand that he is taking care of other customers and the rest of the business matters as well.

I too have had second to none Customer Service from Tom and Andy. BME is better than ever because of them.. Thanks guys.

It's far too often that the little guy busting his ass to put out a great product and service gets overlooked. Hats off to Tom at BME. Outstanding job!!!
