ok.. so lets say my jet comes in at 17kgs... fueled up... and if i were to dial down my thrust to lets say 12-13kgs... would it still be enough for strong verticals and good flying... yet increase air time???

You do not want to dial down your thrust. It would not have strong vertical performance. With 2 Kevlar tanks + BVM drop tank I am getting 9 minutes of flight time.

Iam not sure what the Titans fuel consumption and performace is like? I found that my 30 lb thrust TJT-3000 was well and truly more than enough thrust for my Fei Bao Hornet AUW 32lb. I replaced the stock centre tank with a larger capacity 2.5 lt composite tank from Jet Tech that had been originally designed for a Kangaroo and also ran the stock saddle tanks, flight time was approx 8 min for the TJT most of the flight was approx 2/3 throttle except for verticles. Contact Jet Tech and see what they have that you could adapt- http://www.angelfire.com/wi/jettech/page2.html

Cheers- Marty
