We here at Team Aerotech R/C Models are EXTREMELY thrilled and excited to be able to announce that the Infamous FX3D event in 2010 will be the AEROTECH FX3D!!!!!!

We are happy to announce that the FFAA and Mr. Jeff Carte have given us their blessing to be the title sponsor of this amazing event and we are pumped up for several reasons!

Be it that we are located in Iowa, and our Iowa weather is "slightly" different than Florida's in Feb, we are thrilled to be able to sponsor this event and kick off our first full year in business without having to retro-fit snow skis on our airframes! We are planning on the this event setting the stage for our 2010 season and we are thrilled to be able to do it with all of our FFAA brothers! We couldn't think of a better venue, better people and a better cause to associate our 2010 launch with!

Everybody knows that this event is not necessarily all about the flying. It is an event that means so much more. This event will once again be raising money for the "Children of Fallen Soldiers" relief fund. Mr. Carte and the FFAA have been able to generate thousands of dollars from the past two events to give to this organization that we all hold close to our hearts. We are gonna BLOW THOSE AMOUNTS OUT OF THE WATER THIS YEAR!!!!!

How are we going to do that you ask? Well, here goes.....

Team Aerotech will be donating one of our new "Sensei Edition" 55% Extra 260 HyperLITE builder's kits!!!! This kit will have a street price of a little over $2000 and now one of these will end up on the building table of an FX3D raffle ticket holder!!!

We will be starting a raffle early next week and we will be selling tickets all the way until the drawing at the event! We will have the ticket prices and such figured out this weekend and we'll start an entirely new thread here on FG to help keep things in line.

Team Aerotech is also excited to announce that we will be debuting several of our new designs and new airframes at the Aerotech FX3D. Aerotech designer Mr. Kevin Walker has been VERY BUSY! We believe that in 2010, Aerotech will change the way the world looks at giant scale model airframes! We will have an impressive stable of airframes present and ready to be tested out by the FFAA gang! We will bring several kits down with us and we will have some great FX3D specials that you won't want to miss out on.

As I stated earlier, I'll start a new thread on the logistics early next week and we'll get the ball rolling for the Children of Fallen Soldier's 55% 260 raffle! I would love to see bazillions of these tickets sold as each one goes to the fund! We all can make a huge difference in the lives of many affected children and we can have a blast doing it!

I look forward to speaking with everybody in the weeks to come about any and all ideas that will help make this event one that will be invited into the history books!
