Default DA200 set-up questions

Had a few questions from those running the DA200:

What size tanks is everyone running and run time.

What ignition set-up, 2 switches regs. or y-ing 1 switch and reg into both boxes.

has anyone tested cans/pipes with this engine and what size.

Am building a 43% carden and putting a 200 on it, was wanting to get the game plan together.

Thanks

I don't have a 200, I have read the that some are using a reg with two output leads and pluging one lead into each ignition and then use on switch. As far has cans 300sflyer on FG has a 200 on KS 95's with custom header and it seems to run find from the video I saw. Maybe he will chime in and give us a fight report on it.

I'm running a 64Oz Bennett tank, and I'm getting a 15min flight flying two and a half unlimited sequences. I'm using the Duralite Digiswitch y-ed for the ignitions, with a 4200Mah Thunder Power 2cell pack.... I'm using the stock mufflers so I can't help there. TONS of power and NO vibration woohoo!!!

Dean,

You know all of my planes have always had that.

Batteries -> receiver -> servos
Thats it.
No reg's, no switches, no power expanders, no powerbox.

I was originally running (2) 32 oz. tanks, but switched out to one 50oz. With the (2) 32 oz. tanks I was able to get through the IMAC unlimited sequence 4 times. I opted to save the weight in the tanks and extra fuel, therefore the drop in tank size.

Ignition: I run a Flightpower regulator and a 3000 mil Lipo for the ignition. The FP regulator has 2 leads out from it which works great for the 200. I ran one to each of the ignitions, and end up with 1 lipo and 1 regulator for the ignition system.

I'd use a Fromeco Iron Corps pack unless you already have the Li-Ion/LiPo and get Fromeco to make you a Badger switch with a Deans or whatever connector you prefer and two JR leads on the output side.
