Thank you everybody!! I sure am proud of how this plane turned out.

I've already got another one on the building table and quite a few are out there already, there should be a good group of them at JR Indoor next weekend. Anyone who hasn't seen one is welcome to come examine mine, just look for a row of 5 or 6 MX2's, that'll be where we are!

I should have my first printed ones soon myself! Can't wait to get them built for JR Indoor Festival!

figures.. Wish the motor was in stock at the time the other night, so i wouldnt have had to order from 5 differnt places hahaha. Seth or RJ do you know if MikeH plans to ever carry the vari pitch unit? that would be a great package deal maker. same with the good servos. a one stop shop for foamy goodness Just wondering did you guys test an airbrake set up on this plane?

As far as I know, I don't believe he does.

No, we did not test any airbrakes on this airplane, because its a freestyle airplane. No need for slow downlines.

you should fly in our gym once,, youll want airbrakes hahah. tho with the close goal winched up it isnt bad.

sadly that was me that slammed the goal with the micro suk i toned it down later inthe video and got a good run in. , the micro now has airbrakes and wow what a difference. the mx2 should do fine with out it tho, I may experiment later on after the glue to foam ratio goes up haha.

i am glad we are going to start getting a big gym once a month to really play tho.

As Seth said, no, I've never had airbrakes on the MX2. It has enough drag to regulate its speed pretty well really. One thing to remember is drag plates do not allow the plane to fly any slower in normal flight... they just slow it down on downlines and make it require more power to maintain airspeed.
