Im 15, been flying for about 3 years and i have got 2 42%ers and 2 35%ers. then 18 other slimy glow planes. i have been flying imac for nearly a year and compete in sportsman. it helps to watch really good flyers because you say, i want to be like that, and it pushes you lower and harder. im the only "kid" (meaning age not big kids) in our club.

I'm 17 and I've been flying since I was 12. I am proud to say that I have never begged my parents for airplanes, I started mowing lawns for my neighbors when I was 11 and bought a Hobbico Nexstar trainer when I was 12. I upgraded to a Model Tech Magic after flying my trainer for a year or so. I have picked up a few planes since then and am currently flying a Hanger 9 Twist 3D and trying to get my H9 27% Extra 260 flying.

Wow someone else just like me who doesn't get their planes handed to them on a silver plater. Did about the same thing started delivering papers, working at mc dicks, then working at hobby shops. Glad to see I'm not the only one who has bought all their own stuff.
