Default Freestyle Song Editing Software

Hi Guys,

How can I cut and paste songs right after each other just like people do for their free style?
Which software would work easier and hopefully already in windows or available for download?

What do you guys use?

Thanks a million,
Reza

Google it I think you need to download a free Mp3 writer as well when you mix them together.

Reza, you need that file to write MP3's out of Audacity. The first time you click "Export MP3" it will give you a prompt with instructions on how to download and install that extra file. Once it's done the first time, you're set!

I've alway's used Goldwave. Wouldn't say it's the easiest but it's what I'm used to. Don't rememeber if it was free or not. I think alot of people have used Windows Movie Maker too.

The other one I use is Adobe Auditon but you need to pay for it and Audacity is just as good.

I use Sony Acid, and really like it. The Audacity sounds good too though.

I'm a Cubase guy. I haven't used the others, so I can't compare, but I like Cubase and for sure it has more capability than I will ever use. I paid $20.
