Heres the link to these spinners. From 3.5" to 6" in half inch increments until 5" then it jumps to 6".

What exactly did you do to keep the cone from spinning. I never noticed mine spinning but i will do your method every little bit helps.

It's just a matter of preference! But yes, I think the 3.5" on the 88" looks to small IMO.
