This should be the ideal medium sized electric for precision, and freestyle. At about 11.5 pounds, and 1225 sq. in. of wing area it should be a floater. For precision, the plane has been stretched, tweeked, and tested to the max. It has a length to wingspan ratio of 0.97. To put this in perspective, the very stretched Dalton Extra 300 M.L. has an almost identical ratio of 0.96. Tracking should be excellent. I'm really looking forward to mine!

After some experience I wanted a "square" plane to try out. I still haven't anything this close in my past.

Wish I was good at scratch design. I have a wing and stab set, canopy, and cowl for a 87" 260 ARC. Sure would like to get a fuse built for it. Say about 85" long.

Guys, I got to fly the preproduction version at the ATL huckfest two weeks ago. I was very impressed and the final version is even better than what I got to fly!!! I have been flying for 30 years in RC and I can tell immediately if the plane can groove in all aspects of flight, this one can get it done in precision and 3D. I flew the electric version, very nice power, I am interested in what you guys come up with in terms of piston power. The new sisa motor I am hearing about may be a good alternative too.

Jeff, do you think the DLE-30 on a pipe would be a viable option for gas power?
