Yeah that is what plane guys do . I have a small balsa forest in my garage just buy 2 of every peace of wood in the rack .

Superdave1963, I have not flown one yet but what made me go this way over the extra 260 was when i talked with Rocky there are a few out his way and Rabbit Ron has one and loves it,

It offers the best mix on 3D and imac style of flying not saying the 260 cant 3d as it will and really well. the 260 you need to fly more where yaks and the kantana from what i have been told will slow down and 3d the deck like a yak and throttle up and your locked in for imac style of flying, so thats why i went this route plus the plane is really sleek looking, the scheme i had made is available from Byran aero grahix hope thats helps Dino.

Who said there is no building on an ARF, first coat of paint on the tunnel and some baffles i made for the cowl

What material did you use for the baffles???

a mix of lite balse and lite ply wood from 1/64 to 1/8 and bass wood 1/4-1/4 for locking the fus in left to right

Now i am installing gear setup is alitte different now i will use 9156 all the way around two per stab and three per wing, i want to make sure i dont get any twist on the control surfaces.

Stabs are done servos are installed, rubber tray and bell crank system is installed have to run the cables out the back to the rubber. Need to make the links and rods up so hopefully i can get some of that done over the next few days.
