Last day of the 2009 JR Indoor Electric Fest.
After two solid days of good times and bashing foam, I'm heading on over to the dome for a few hours of fun, and then hitting the road for the drive home.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Horizon Hobbies, Team JR and Mr. Terry Nitsch for putting on such a wonderful show. I'd also like to thank the Four Seasons Golf Dome for their hospitality. And finally I'd like to thank all the pilots who came out and flew, you guys are what makes a show like this possible! The creativity and ingenuity of some of the designs I saw flying this weekend was simply amazing. The thought that only ten years ago, most of this stuff that was in the air this weekend was simply used for insulating a house, or packing meat! I found it incredible that we as a hobby embraced it, and it has become an entire industry! Alrighty, I really enjoyed hanging out with everyone and can't wait to do it again! OK.. off to the dome to catch the last of the fun, and then heading home. THANKS EVERYONE! AND PLEASE REMEMBER We want to give a big thanks to http://www.castlecreations.com/ for sponsoring the coverage this year. Castle has always been a great supporter of FLYINGGIANTS.com and the hobby in general.

Chris losing this bet and remaining completely silent was the BEST 47 minutes of JR Fest 09'
