Default antennae/tray compatability

Hello, I am wondering if there is a problem with using a transmitter tray with a JR 9303 converted to spectrum. Will the connection at the back of the transmitter be a problem when a tray is used? As in will the connection be resting on the surface of the tray or is there enough clearance that this is not an issue? Dave.
