Default JR 8711 going wacko!

Today my right aileron servo started going up and down out of control and my plane crashed, I just came out of a hover and when I pulled out the right aileron was wagging like the linkage broke and was fluttering. The plane was hard to control with the aileron wagging like that, I ended up cart wheeling it near the end of the run way. The plane is fixable, but I'm more worried about finding the problem than the plane. I have flown this plane atleast 25 times and its never done anything like this.

This is what i'm working with:

33% aeroworks yak
8711's on stabs and ailerons
8611a on rudder
swb arms 1.5''
three tbm 2600 li-ions
fromeco regs
specktrum ar9100 with three satelites
da 85 w/pitts
hitec 5645 on throttle and choke

Try another servo in the Rx to see if it really is the servo and not the Rx port would be my first test.

Was the control rod still attached? 2 servos per wing half or 1?

had something similar but fortunatly it was on the ground. the servo wire was not fully seated in the reciever causing it to go to on extreme to the other.

This is my first time posting a problem on fg's, So heres some more information: The plane has one servo per aileron and the control rod was still hooked up, when I went to the plane I brought the transmitter and the servo was working fine...... of course! My real concern is, I'm pulling all my equipment and putting it in a p.a.u 36% edge and I don't want the same thing to happen.
I don't know if it was a bad extension, bad servo or if the receiver is the problem. I was wondering if maybe the great people of fg's had a similar experience or problem and would share what they found out to be the problem. I have no problem buying new stuff but....... not if I don't have too. Thanks for your help.

A friend of mine had the same thing happen. It ended up being the extension cable not making good connection. Luckily he was able to get the airplane down safely, replaced the extension cable and all was well.

I never move extension cables from one airplane to another, I throw them away and start with new ones (Cheap insurance). Also I would send the receiver and suspect servo back to Horizon for a complete check-up.

I had a 100 cc aero-works yak. one servo per aileron is not enough to prevent flutter.when setting up your next plane go with two per side and you will avoid problems.

4 x aileron servos (min 180 in./oz. Digital, Metal
gear
that is right out of aero-works manual for the 100cc yak
Like I said...I had one of these yaks and they have huge ailerons. One servo per side is asking for trouble.

Thanks bro, I know you mean well but its not a 35% its 33% and this plane only has one spot for one servo per aileron. I was only pulling out of a hover when the servo started acting up and it did not flutter, it just went crazy flapping the aileron and thats why it crashed. I've flown planes with detached rudders and broke linkages on main wings before, but the out of control flapping was just too much too handle I had no airspeed and it was heading towards the pit area so I just tried to level it out and dumped it.

To every one else who replied thanks alot I'll replace the extensions and send the receiver and servo to horizon to be checked out.
