Default Should I buy it??

Found this deal on craigs list: http://longisland.craigslist.org/tag/1459037419.html

Need to know your opinions. He said he wants $350 for the 35% Carden. It's about 4 years old with 100 flights on it. I figured I could make it a winter project by stipping the covering, doing some lightening work and then recovering/painting. My problem is, my skills in painting are minimal and transport may be a problem.

Would it be possible to somehow put a removable rudder on it without destroying everything?

Thanks!
