Default Aileron control horns

Hi all-
Time to put the hard points and aileron control horns in my 38% CA Extra.
Have searched around a bit on the forums, but have not found what I am looking for.

The question is this:
In the past I have used Rocket City style horns, which use what they call an "A" nut to clamp against the bottom of the aileron. The A nuts do not match the angle of the airfoil, and I end up sanding an angle in to make them sit flush.
Is there a better way? What about something like these 'adjustable' horns? http://www.centralhobbies.com/contro.../chs_horns.htm
thanks
Bob

I've used something similar to those on 30% planes and they worked very nice. Just make sure the diameter of the bolt is large enough for your use. That's the weak point. Also make sure the bolts are grade 8.

I like the Dubro HD horns. They have that cupped washer that swivels to the angle of the surface. You can just thread the bolt into the hard point with some epoxy (from the bottom). Then dremmel the bolt head off. That way it's permanently anchored into the hard point and invisible on the top. You only need the swivel washer on bottom side.

The Nelson are great but don't have the cupped washer for the A nut. I think one time I took the cupped washers from the Dubros and used them on my Nelson horns. NelsBro !!! You could just turn the A nut upside down and the small end would go into the cup.
