As I said to you guys before, I can't thank you enough for making the trip all the way up here to our very first contest. Overall Dave and his wife Rhonda did an incredible job putting most of this thing together. There are a ton of people that help make an IMAC event successful, especially your first, but most important to make it successful is attendance. It's the pilots that register and make the effort to be there that make it for us. 31 Pilots for our first event was incredible and Sam, Dave and myself learned a lot about putting one of these together. I know that next years contest will be even better and hopefully rain free!!!! It was a pleasure to meet both you and John and get you both familiarized with our 10lb mosquitos!! OINK.
I truly hope to be able to attend your event in FL. next year, and hope that you can make it up here again some time. Thanks again guys and keep yer eye out cuz I'm busting out Photoshop and the photo'huckin' begins!!!!! |

LOL out JBjr you asked for it. I got so many photos of you its not funny. Plus once everybody else gets into it who knows what will happen. However its up to you to start it first. LOL
10Lb mosquitos, man you are so wrong those things were the size or a small teridactal, LOL. Funny thing sis I got away with only one bite. It will be nice to hang out with you guys again, either in florida, nall, back there, or whereever, you guys definately fit into the flying giants well. Dave, Sam, You, the wives all did a great job putting the contest together and running it, wish the weather would have been better saturday but 3 rounds on sunday was great for the first contest you all ever did. Congrats to you all. And here is a picture for the giants website.

I think he was Airbusmech, not sure, he was using the new prototype golf club. It has this new stealth ability, allows only the user of it to see it. Can't you see, i am looking at the ball, not him because I cannot see the club.LOL
Thanks for the ride to the airport dude, I sat on the plane waiting to take off thinking how cool it would be to stay for another week. O well, do not worry, I will be back I promise you that. Mike

Ok guys not much to report on for the remainder of the contest.
We got rained on all day Saturday and only got part of one round done for the Basic pilots. The contest was called at about 3 and we all went our seperate ways. At 7:30 we all came together again at another local waterin hole know as Jack Astor's. I think we had around 35 people from the field at this dinner. Many things talked about, lots of fun, ,and many new friendships made. I think I came back with about 30 + friends then I went up with. Pictures of this dinner will be provided by Beaver once she gets time to download them and post them. Sunday dawns a new day. Plenty of good weather seen throughout the day. The first planes take to the sky and start laying down scores that are just unbelievable. Basic through Advanced fly there first round. The contest runs smoothly all through the day. The contest comes to an end roughly about 3, the scores are tallyed and the contestants group together to await the news on the final scores. Cheers ring through the crowd as each is announced and handshakes & congratulations are also passed out. Everybody was truly a great sport and each congratulated each other to we were blue in the face. The comradery at this event was just off the chart, nothing can be compared to this except like I did earlier with Joe Nall. Then we all headed out and back to our normal lifes. Me and John went back to GSXR's house to crash for the night. I would like to thatnk Mike Milos and his wife Sue for extending there hospitality to put up with us for the night. Sorry I went to sleep on the couch LOL. Following are pictures of Sunday at the contest. Once Able pictures of the Saturday night dinner party will also be posted. Mike

OK guys, I mentioned in my last post that me and John crashed at Mike's house the last night we were in canada.
Here is a picture of Mike and his wife Sue, they are sitting by the fire in the backyard of their house, with me and John sharing past stories. Guys this truly was an adventure I will never forget, Thank you all for making my first trip to Canada a great and memorable one.
