Default Looking for a 50cc plane, crashed today

Bad things happen when you dont put in your wing bolts and you glu flying, doing spins. So I am now looking for a new 50cc airframe. What are your suggestions? I know some or most of the better ones out there, but I am sure I dont know of all. Give me yout top picks, and maybe not so your top picks. Sems like all the "hot" ones are over 600. Really trying not to go that high, since the one I killed today was one of those and it hurt...

Thanks

I have Garrett's 30% Yak, it is sweet. Just got some flying done today!

TRY KMP if you want a nice plane for not so much $$$$$.

Do a search for them on ebay..

WildHare is having a sale. Buy anyone of there 50cc planes and get the complete hardware kit for only 10.00. I have the Extra 300LX and it flies great. and most of the planes are around 400.00. Just a thought.

Wildhare was one of my first thoughts, did not know about the hardware package deal. I can use most if not all the existing hardware in my pile of rubble.
Do the wildhare's weigh in heavy with DA 50s? Everything else stock, battery wise and all that?

Not the new WH planes. They are light. The Edge weighs in at 16.5 lbs with a DA50. The hardware kits go great. Very easy to set up. The Cap is supposed to be a killer 3D plane.

Dude www.wildharerc.com They have a deal on both the Cap and Yak right now. If you can wait a little they got a new 50cc midwing Extra that will be release. Really light weight on the new extra.

If you want the lightest go with the Yak. The AUW stock with a DA 50 on the Cap is around 17lbs - but you got some squares to work with so the loading is going to be low. Checkout their site for the deals.

I'll add my vote for Aviation Models. Their planes are great. Their Customer Service and representation is second to none.

Yeah I like the Yaks as well, its what I lost a BME bwfore I even got used to it. With our limited landing area the bucket on the front was a nice brake.
Ive been eyeing the WidHare yak, looks a bit small for a Brisson 3.2. Any thoughts ??

The WH Yak is only 80 inches but comes in around 15 pounds with a DA50, ballistic power. I'd get something 84-85, much better float factor. The CAP is very nice, comes in around 16 pounds. That new WH Extra looks awesome.
