First Ever!!! New Hempel 50% Edge 540 Version II
Well now, look what we got here......
The latest from  Bill Hempel's Team Edge! The New 50% Edge 540 Version II  New Improvments from the first Bad A$$ Edge are counter balances both on the wings and stab, Carbon landing gear, spinner and wheel pants! New Cowling design, And Super light weight construction  The overall looks are very scale and is designed around the full scale Red Bull Racer. Designed around the 3W 275 Power house, This new Edge promises to be a real performer. Here is a first look.

Im pretty sure its for aerodynamics,efficiency and less drag on the wingtip. This new Edge has fiberglass wingtips instead of just a flat tip like the first version.
