Recently I purchased a 12z. I have been all reading kinds of negative issues with the G3 receiver. I have been using my TX with the standard pcm receivers in my Radio Craft Staudacer & Comp Arf Yak 55 but have been a little worried to try the G3. I would like to hear your opinion regarding this receiver and suggestions on using it.
Thanks For The Input! Last edited by Darklighter; 06-08-2006 at 04:42 PM. |

With my 14MZ, I have 3 G3 receivers in use in my 35 & 40% planes and have not had any issues at all. Sorta nice to change frequency to avoid any frequency conflict problems.

The G3 issue is resolved, the 12Z is coming with the short antenna on the rx.

futaba 5014 used to have some issues, they solved shortenig the antenna, at least that's what futaba did on mines,, with the new 5114 there is no problems, I'm using them on 35% comp extra 260 and nothing to worry about.
Hope it helps |
