The Time is here for the HEATWAVE IN THE HEARTLAND in Tulsa on july 29th and 30th! Last year we had 105 registered pilots for the two-day event, and this year is going to be bigger and better. We'll have at least 3 TOC pilots and who knows how many from the XFC here to show you how to lay it down. Plenty of time for everyone to fly with segmented flying schedules. Get ready for 15,000 watts of sound thanks to Greg Ward and the Sooner Magic Airshow Team.
We're givin away an Aviation Models Yak and Mark Trent will be giving pilot prizes at the Bud Light Tent.

The DR is set up for sequence flying and the krill Katana is my toss around plane now. Look forward to seeing you at the Heatwave! By the sounds of things, it's going to be just as big or bigger this year.

its the krill 40% katana. last year was about 60% 3D. come join the fun in Tulsa on <july 29th and 30th!

Put me down to help you make sure the rudder is perfectly trimed out on the Krill. Watching the guys fly them at the XFC has me wondering what they feel like.
For those of you that are on the fence on going to this event you will be missing out if you don't go. The atmosphere is by far one of the best events in the US. Lots of time to fly any type of airplane you can imagine. Want to huck right on the deck? Not a problem, Want to see if you can grass stain the prop tips on a warbird, just be prepared for some hecklers demanding you to tie the record for low!! What ever you are into (myself is anything that flys) you will get to fly the snot out of her if you want. Top Gun level airplanes are not out of norm at all. The only problem I have found is the gas station is a bit far away to refill your fueling can. You could miss a highlight of the weekend because they never stop. I'm going to bring a back up supply of fuel. See ya there.
