Larry, that really did come out awesome!! Its so nice when people actually build a plane with the quality that they should be built. Your placement of things and your attention to details will sure pay off on the end. Good luck on the maiden and let us know how it went.

Hey TT,
I`m not sure what you`re seeing....the only blue thats in the plane are the peerless battery charge leads and a few pieces of velcro wrap on various leads.

Thanks for all the great comments guys...I`ll give an update after the maiden tommorrow afternoon....

Well she flew!!....all I have to say is....Very Nice!! The plane is smooth and predictable, pulls a bit towards the belly on KE. The slower the KE, the more it pulls. basically the maiden flight was a "Non event", did the typical ground checks and range checks, taxied out to the runway, hit the throttle and off it went....2 clicks of right aileron and 4 clicks of up elevator. The DA is spanking new and ran flawlessly...did`nt hold a hover for very long, not wanting to overheat it just yet...I think this plane will fly some nice precision moves once everything is dialed in....Gonna go back and play with the elevator halves since I`m not happy with the movement back there. All the big parts stayed on it for the 2 flights I got this evening...I can also say, it just wants to keep flying and I had to go around a couple of times to slow it down for the flair...the DA is also Ideling a bit high and that was most of my problem.
If you want a nice plane that builds and flys well....don`t hessitate to get one of these babies...they are definitly BAD A$$!!!!
