Even though it's not a 3D type ariplane...this is one Bad Biplane!
It's a scale version of Don Beck's SORCERESS! Originally the full scale was flown in the Reno Air Races in 1972 hitting speeds over 194mph (which was fast for back then!) The model is 18 years old and I just got it flight worthy again after being stored in an attic for over a decade. It's 35% with a top wing span of 80" and flys like it's on rails. I'm in the process of getting the old plans so I can blow them up to DA 100 size and enlarge the control surfaces to see what she can really do! I flew it with Bob Trueworthy this past weekend and he thought I should make a really big one! If you know of Bob and his Pitts 12 and 50% Python...you would understand why he thinks the bigger the better!

Question: What happens when you cross an F-4U Corsair with an Extra 260 (who's mother was a Shoestring)?
