The Edges straight leading edge is awesome for harriers and high alpha stuff, but if you want a all around plane a extra is good. Does both 3D and IMAC great. IMHO.

I also had a "sharp" leading edge on me Edge 540T that made it allot more efficient. The Edge did not have any bad high speed or low speed stall/snap caractoristics as my extra does. It just kinda mushed out, instead of snap out.

Hey damien
Sorry to be a nuisance but Do you know what the difference is between aerofly pro and aerofly pro deluxe?
Is aerofly pro good too because it's the cheaper of the two
Thanks

AFPD is just a newer version of AFP. With AFPD you get panoramic photo scenes to fly in, the physics are probably also better. If you dont want to spend so much on AFPD then AFP is ok for practicing 3D. In the long run you will be happier with AFPD though.

So does the DA 100 fit in the cowl or do you have to cut holes in the builders kit?

I dont have first hand experience but from this post by Mark it seems that you will need holes for the spark plug caps.

Damien hows it looking for the maiden? Next Week end?
Might go try fly some straight lines on sunday, weather permitting. Been looking at the 2007 Imac stuff.

I will need to work on the plane Saturday, hopefully get it ready for a motor run and range check for sunday but a maiden is not likely.
I wouldnt mind trying to fly some lines as well, I will bring the 27% for that.

Hey Damien, will let you know if i will go out on sunday. Saturday is a bit tight, but would like to get out sunday. Will bring the 2006 and 2007 schedules, Spprtsman, Intermediate, Advanced, and unlimited. Printed them all out.
Also have the 2006 sportsman narrative, describing how it should be flown, with some tips. Hope the weather plays along.
Cheers, Gus
