Guys
I belong to a club with 160 members or close to that, mostly giant scale. Well over 50 of the pilots fly 40% aerobatics planes and larger including our own BIGAIRPLANES.COM Mr Bob Trueworthy with his famous 52% BAD ASS Pitts model 12 and I haven't counted the 35% birds yet.
Now anybody can top that?

Man I envy that! I'm guessing our club has 200-250 members and you could probably count the big stuff on one hand. There is probably only about 50 or 60 that actually go out and fly their planes.

My club has 25-26 members, and I am usually only one at the field no matter what day of the week, pathetic.

You may beat me percentage wise but do you have more than 50 pilots with 40% and larger? I doubt it.

I actually have the same problem at another club I belong to and I like it because I get to practice freely with no pressure and they pay for the field maintenance

Lets see 110 pilots total. Only 20 seems like they actually come out and fly and only about 3 fly giant scale. So I am no where close lol.

The best thing about our club, or maybe the worse thing, is that GOD or ALLAH, or someone that must hate us, sent us snap a saurus.
We would like to propose a even-up trade for snap a saurus. We must say up front that we don't want Biff or Superflyjay. We'll look at anyone else, we may even throw some money in to sweeten the deal.
If you did take snap a saurus your club would immediately have an extra 8-10 40% planes and everyone would be learning to torque roll.

Our club here is BARKS (Boise Area Radio Control Society). We have about 90 members. A growing number are getting into giant scale, including me. We have 30-40 active flyers.
