Default Sullivan Skywriter & Jr9503

Anyone know's the programming setup for mixing Throttle to gear(smoke)?

I am using a JR9503. Prog Mix 1
Master: Throttle
Slave: Gear

It worked for two flights then stopped.

any suggestions?

Well the fact it worked for 2 flights and now does not is kind of weird. There is a fail safe that prevents the pump from coming on when you turn on the radio. Maybe it has something to do with binding. If it never worked then it could be a programming issue but since it worked before then It is either the pump fail safe setting or a binding issue.

Mine is set up on a DA 50, I use am using the switch thats just left of the flaps, I had to reverse it to get it to switch the way I like, I have it linked to the gear just like you and am using 100% travel adjust but in the the throttle curve it is only about 30% total (the pump barely needs to run to produce pleny of smoke with the DA 50) You might try calling Sullivan they are very helpfull and will work it out. I am really happy with the way my skywriter works with the 9503!

I've had that happen on my 10x and what I noticed was my off value was not low enough. I set my off value to max -100%.

What I found is that if you leave it at just below 0 and you make any kind of throttle ATV or trim adjustment for your engine it screws with that value. By decreasing it all the way, you would really have to screw up the ATV to affect it.
