Default Krill 33% Velox Revolution

Anyone ever hucked one of these? Seriously thinking about trying one but would like to know how they fly. What little I can find says they look great and high quality, but have not seen any flight reports. All composite, very light weight, but this is from manufacturer. http://krill-model.com Thanks for any thoughts or opinions.

Can't say I've ever even heard of them before. But after looking at their website, they look good, do a calculation of waht your UAP would be, that will give you some idea of how well it will fly. Prices don't look too bad either. If I were in the market, I would consider one of these?

My mate has the larger version.

Very light and they fly like a dream.

Very good in the hover with the ZDZ210.

Build quality is second to none.

I have been watching them for a while now, and as soon as I see one in person, Im buying one. I want the big Katana. From what I have heard, if you fly a comparf, and then you get and fly a krill, you will never get a comparf again. Plus, they will paint it any RAL color you want. If you don't know what RAL is, its a stadardised Euro color chart. That way you just say, RAL 1345, and no matter where your at, you get the same color. There is hundreds of colors on there, and almost any shade. The US is starting to use it as well. That way you know your getting a plane that was made for you, and not just one off of a shelf or out of a pile.

I'm trying to decide between the Velox and Jtec Panzl. Really want to hear some first hand flight reports on the Velox. Couldn't tell a whole lot from the video on the sight. May just have to nut it up and try the Velox!

Hey Ben, I guess the best answer would be would you buy another one? How was the weight, Krill suggests 22.5lbs with a 100. How is the durability, does the landing gear hold up, I fly off a less than smooth grass field. How is the plane in flight, is it stable in 3D ie harrier and elevator. How is the coupling in knife edge? Does the plane have any weird snap tendencies, my wildhare 260 drops a wing on full low rate elevator, but walls perfect. Anyway, thanks for any help

Thanks Jm-Portugal.
I am turn between the new33% katana and the 33% velox. The velox is less expensive and I can put a 80cc engine in it : do you think a 80cc engine is enough in the velox to fly unlimited 3d? How much does your Velox weight with the zdz80?
Have you seen the new 33% katana in flight. As Silvestry is the father of this plane this plane should be a monster in flight! ( better than the velox?)

Krill Velox Revolution 2 33%.
My target is under 22lb.

I would appreciate any input on selection of motor

100cc 2cyl = 2500g versus 80cc single cylinder = 2000g = 500g 1LB more
The cowl will fit twin better.

Thanks
