Wow, What an awsome time we had this weekend. This was by far the biggest and best fly in of the year. Thanks to everyone who came. I'd like to thank everyone in the club who helped make this all possible. I would need the whole 125 member roster to thank all by name, But there is this one guy who I've seen work night and day for months on this event and was the first one there and the last to leave every time there was work to be done and a best friend to us all. I know I'm speaking for everyone when I say THANKS LARRY

This was a great fly-in. Had a great time flying, and even done a litlle "hucking" while I was there. I'll definately be back next year. Is there a final number on how much was raised for the charity?

I would like to say thanks to all the folks that came out to the fly-in. I hope evereone had a good time and will be back for next year. I know how much it takes to come to one of these events. We had a total of 134 pilots. I think that is a record for a fly-in in north carolina. We have all ready started talking about next year. So all that missed out get ready for it.

Well, from behind my lens, the fly-in this past weekend was a huge success. Plenty of fun and fun stuff to shoot!

I'm putting together a highlights reel of the entire event. That "official" vid should be ready in a few
weeks. In the mean time here is a little clip of some of the larger planes at the event. I especially
enjoyed the 50% Raven. There is just something cool about BIG! These planes are so graceful, I started to use classical ballet music in the background. But as I started editing footage of these monster planes an obvious soundtrack came to mind. ;-)

See the video on my site. First QuickTake at the top of the page: http://higherplaneproductions.com

Fly Low. Roll Tape.
