Default 3W 75, Best 3D airframe? What do you think?

I recently prchased a used 3W 75 and was wondering what the best airframe for 3d would be. I am open to any ideas and any kind of plane. I am not close minded when it comes to this topic. Thanks for the help!!!!

Aerotech has a new mid wing extra 300. I think it is 92" wingspan that would be a killer airframe for that engine. Maybe contact them and get more info.

A 2.3M Comp ARF Extra or BVM Sukhoi are two other possible choices. I think Aeroworks is also working on 75CC Extra 260 in addition to the Yak. Plus Wild Hare has some choices.

Wildhare Extra 260 OR edge 540 would rock with the 3W75.
I have the 260, and its a FLOATER!!!

I was wondering about the BME 27% Pitts Challenger. It says that the maximum engine is 60cc. Do you think Id be getting to the outermost liits of the airframe with the 75cc? Or would it be okay and just have insane vertical and Id just have to have good throttle managment in level flight and other aspets of the flight?

Maybe yours was tail heavy or something. Because my friend has a 2.3m Extra with a DA-50 and he competes in Sportsman here against all 35% or bigger planes and it's really competetive. I like that plane.

We just received another shipment of the Aviation Models 33% yaks 54's. This plane was designed around the 75-80cc single engines. They are very popular and have had great feedback so far. You can check them out at www.aerobaticmodels.com if your interested. Let me know if you need any questions answered on the planes.

I flew Seth's 2.3m, and 3D is AWESOME!!!! I didn't try any IMAC, but I can assure you that it is NOT tail heavy. His balance was RIGHT ON!!! I was trying to get him to move a pack forward, for my nose heavy likings. Needless to say, he didn't go for it!!!

Anything around 85" to 94" will be fine!!!!
