You are correct exeter - 1.6 miles x 1 mile is 1024 acres. Not sure why all this isn't adding up, but if he can pull this off, it would be a good place to go fly. Weather in Florida is generally pretty good, so if he builds it - they will come.

We own all the land around the 90 acres , the park is going to be built in the 90 acre only so far about me writing 40 acres Instead of 90 was my type mistake ,
We just started buliding 3 days ago and is going to take probably a year before is ready ,
We are working on a website as we speak and a soon is ready the website going tonhave constant updates about the progress of the build and much better English lol

Yes I'm looking to hire 5 6 people with rc experience in rc , logistic , connection for creating competions and meets , also need to have won and participated in th highest competions in the country in rc cars , rc planes , rc boat and so forth

Why would you need to have won compititions to be able to a apply?
Most of the guys you would want working for you were too busy setting up events to fly....or compete...
Like race car drivers... they don't know much about setting up races... they just show up...ready to drive
the car, expecting all of the hard things to be done for them...

You would end up having 6-guys walking around saying..."when will this even be setup so I can race?"

Looks like you are planning on using the whole 1000 acres from your drawing and that airfield will support full size aircraft.
