Awesome! You should get the Blue Angels to come out and do some flights for the opening ceremony. The Tiki Bar by the 2 pools are a nice touch.

No full size aircraft , and this is no joke , the plans are public for anybody to see on the county work permit website , so this go to the skeptic : more jokes you write about more more sweet is gonna be when the project is finish and fell free to continue to be devils advocate , what that does is helping us to stay in track and focused, the drawing I posted is after I receiver 63 email about what is gonna look like , and been asked to post some kind of scatch , so I've done
About the hiring and been a champion is super important, this sport no longer a hobby is not like a race car driver , a Jason nall will know better then most people about what's best and also been on the competition top make him known and very influecial and full of knowledge , ai race car driver doesn't even know how to change a tire lol
Cost ?
Abot 10 mil after all said and done

I'm sorry, but why is everyone giving this Guy such a hard time? This is such a cool project... if you don't believe that it is true or that it will really happen, then don't believe it. But why make jokes and give the Guy a hard time about it?
We all know that this a MASSIVE project that will be unbelievably expensive and not just anybody could pull it off...
So if this dude is really going to build this Mega park, we as the flying giants community should be supportive of his endeavours!
Ive dreamed about building exactly the same thing since i was a kid... i know ill never have the money or resources to pull it off, so seeing someone else working to build my dream is a very cool thing!
That's just my couple pennies worth anyway:-)
Come on, I know everyone here has seen field of dreams!!! Lol

I created this tread to find the bad apple in the basket , i like tonbring this hobby to the classy hobby and sport that was 20 years ago with the new 3d iMac rc NASCAR rc superboat etc skilled guys included
I want to keep the rude thugs and ball buster outside the gate ,
If you send me a pm I like to offer you a free trip here for the grand opening in may
You are the first true positive comment I received on this tread and the type of people like you are the hobbyist that I want to enjoy the park

You're going to need to be careful with your noise footprint I think unless there is nobody occupying the land around yours. Big airplanes will nearly cover the entire land you own, and their noise footprint will extend a great deal farther. Additionally, I suspect your car, boat, and other users won't want big airplanes, jets, warbirds, etc. flying directly over their heads, so you'll need to give thought as to where the land-based users will reside.

It's a great idea for sure, but there is a LOT of planning that needs to go into it for sure.

We own all the land around for a couple of miles and been the sound of the jets can be heard from where my land ends
So big plane big jets big warbird are welcome
