Was this the same guy who claimed to have terminal cancer and was selling all of his stuff.Taking payment for it then not sending anything???

The shocker to me is me that the message to be heard about this horrific misfit doesn't seem to reach enough people and if does it's often too late. Many have already fallen victim to this person over several years. How do we keep this in the forefront so that he is recognized?
