Folks,

New Support Forum!!

I would like to welcome our friends from Desert Aircraft to FlyingGiants! Our good buddy DJ and Huffy have offered their services to answer any questions you may have in regards to their products.

Brian Hueffmeier will be heading up the charge, and if you don't know this cat, you're missing out. Brian is 8' tall and is a master builder from the Tucson area. He has been working with Dave for lord knows how long, and he is one of the nicest guys on the event circuit, and is always willing to lend a hand. Brian will also be backed up by the rest of the team from DA.

If you have a any questions directly related to DA products, please post 'em in here. If you have a "what the status of my order" type question, please call 520-722-0607.

Desert Aircraft, Welcome to the Giants. It is great to see manufactures active in the on line side of the hobby. I think that it will be a great resource to have you here.

P.S. My 50 should be there tomorrow for repair (crash damage). Take good care of it. LOL

Its great to see that DA is a part of the Flying Giants. All I can say is DA has the best service around and it should be even better with the FG gang to contribute.

How cool..... I just got my ignition back from DA a few weeks ago. The customer service from Mr.Higgins was second to none. It's geat to hear that ya'll are taking the time to do a support form here!! It's cool that you keep giving back. Best wishes.

JUST TO LET YOU KNOW IRA KLIEN MAIDENED THE XTRA YOU BUILT HIM WITH THE CHAPMAN SCHEME YESTERDAY, AS LIKE ALL THE PLANES YOU BUILD IT WAS AN AWESOME FLYER, HE WAS TICKLED PINK BY THE WAY IT FLEW AND THE WAY IT LOOKED. THE PAINT SPLAT SCHEME LOOKS GOOD ON THE CAP BUT LOOKS AWESOME ON THIS XTRA YOU DID A SUPER JOB, IS MINE ALMOST DONE ??? GET READY FOR THE CALL FROM TONY B. HE WANTS A NEW 260 DONE IN THAT SCHEME !! LOL

Hey Madmax.

Did you have to hold the camera at 90 degrees to get Huffy in that shot. Normally all the photos I see of him are cut off at the feet or the heads missing.

If you look close, he used a fisheye lens.LOL....

Hey Brian! Great to have you on board!!
I have almost completed my 1st. gallon of break in and the need to brag on this engine is hard to withhold! I set up with a KS canister and I have never been more excited with a power ser up as this. (RC pilot since 1978)
The DA really is a true thoroughbred!
