The company could have put a little more effort into color matching the cowl too. To me that doesnt say much for the quality of the plane.

3D,
Do you have one of these and have you built it? If so, can you answer my questions from my last post? Thanks, Gary |

I have this bird and I did contact Peak (ARF). They stated the CG was 135mm from the leading edge at the fuse. Seems to be right, but I am going with 130mm for the first flight. my cowl paint and strips matches perfectly and is over all pretty good. I know the rest of the edge is as good as any I have seen in this size and better than most. Do not let the photo of the cowl fool you. It is well built and I Hopefully have mine in the air this coming weekend. I will report!

We have these series of airplanes in the States. We mate them with 3MM-53TOC engines. They are a wonderful combination. These are called Scale Series. They are available in 88", 77" and 70".
Currently, we are sold out of the Edge, and the Yak. We only have a few Sukhoi. The new Extra should be here in 30 days. I believe Alex doinked the 88" with the 53cc engine this past weekend at Sepulveda. He ran out of gas while hovering..... too much fun. Peace, Steven Chao, Cermark |

OK i think i have this plane its the same color scheme and the airframe on the inside looks exactly like mine but the canopy on mine has little latches that slide and locks the canopy in place and also has big earth magnets that hold down the canopy in front but every thing else is exactly the same now my question is how can i order replacement wings and tail feathers because a guy gave me the arf but did not have the wings or tail stab and elevator any info will be appreciated thank you.

I have an ARF manufacturing YAK 54 the 26cc and i have been flying it for a year now awsome airplane but it would be better with a 30cc motor i am thinking of puting the DLE-30 in it. i have an SPE-26 in it right now and it does great for IMAC style flying but cannot hover. but i think with the DLE-30 it would be a great all around plane. the only problom i have found is the landing gear block is weak and will rip out very easy and that there is no spare parts out there for it. other than that its a great airplane would definatly buy another one.
