Engine has been running fine on the stand. Don't know the rpm figures yet but I am very happy how it behaves.
Engine mounting is a bit questionable but I am trying it anyway. If it doesn't work I will change it for DA style standoff's. Plane is ready but did not fly yet as I was caught by food poisoning and had to stay in bed a few days...(who is so stupid to order a pizza in China....? ;-) ) It is now planned to fly the plane coming Saturday. I will keep you posted. I enclosed some pictures of the engine and the complete bird |

Here is my 160R with the DA50, it flies like its on rails, always stops the crowd and will do any maneuver you can throw at it. I would say of the 3 I currently have from WM this is my favorite and everyone is always asking me if I will sell it.
