Venice Huckfest Is Underway!
Ok, I'm still waiting for the first reports, but it looks like the 2012 Huckfest Season officially started yesterday as planned! Hopefully everything goes as planned and the guys down there have a rocking good time!
We should see some pics being posted soon at The Official Venice Florida Huckfest Pic and Video Thread and the reports of the good times flooding in! Remember guys, throwing these shows is a lot of hard work. The clubs that take on a Huckfest have a huge task at hand. Prom preparing the grounds, to promoting in the local area to promoting in local media. It takes a lot of work! I can't wait to see what the Venice guys have going on! Heck their show got the bug going in me again, and I have fixed a plane that was smooshed during my move a year or so and it's almost 90% ready to fly! So come on Venice! Let's see some pics!! Let's hear some reports!

A little shower came through, then the weather turner out ABSOLUTELY PERFECT !!! Coupe and I have the place to our selves. Each of us put in a couple of nice flights!

Hi All
Just want to thank everyone for coming to the event last weekend in Venice. Sunday wrapped up well and we had plenty of time for flying and a good time was had by all who attended both pilots and spectators. We had a pilot raffle and trophy selection and they will be mailed to anyone who was not there to receive their booty themselves, Again I would like to thank the sponsors who sent prizes to the event Horizon Hobbies Great Planes Aeroworks White Rose Engineering Hobbico and the Venice RC Flyers for the use of the field I have requested pictures from some of the spectators that had attended and will post them as they arrive
