I'm currently the Network Administrator at The University of Findlay here in Ohio. I've started at the bottom and worked my way up, starting as a computer tech at a local computer repair store. One of the perks...the 10 gig fiberoptics we have in our core network. Damn that's fast.

Man! My line of work is useless in RC but here it is anyway.

I am a Medical Radiation Scientist (X-ray bloke at the hospital)
My specialty is Computerised Tomography (CT for short) Used to be known as a CAT scanner.
I can scan someones body/limb/head and then make fancy schmancy medical images from them. I can also recreate their organs, faces, bones in 3D rendered format.

I run a national car rental company web site I built as a amature. My little site generated 3.6m in customer bookings last 12 months. I take 7% commission for bookings. Google brings me about 1800 unique visitors a day for relevant terms for our major city locations. I love Google and I hate it, like getting warmth from a volcano, so you can't get upset when it erupts with an algorithm change.

Before that i drove 32 tonne excavators (the gimbals to control them worked like R/C), digging big holes for high-rise buildings, different working life now but still sit in a chair with A/C all day.

I've waited tables/tended bar all over the planet. Need to know what's in a cocktail? Spent a year in real estate - didn't work for me. Have my private pilot's license, working on my commercial. Want to do some flying in a light plane in Ottawa, Canada; write me a note!

I started my adult professional life as an Aircraft Mechanic in the Marine Corps. I transitioned to Civilian life doing the same. about 10 years ago, I suffered an injury that prevents me from continuing that so now I take care of the books at a medium sized Mortgage Company.

Mechanical Engineer here. Vice President of a major Safe Manufacturing company, 18 years invested. Grew up in a shop, got my ass kicked many times by Dad for taking his machines apart when I was little. All types of welding, woodworking, metalworking, molding, both design and production. By the time I was out of high school, I had more shop experience than most jorneyman. 5 Patents now on the wall, more coming. Love design work to solve challenging and/or complex problems. Anal perfectionist, if it ain't perfect, I'm not done yet. I know the Safe business inside-out. I teach locksmiths how to open high-security safes. Design electronic and electomechanical locks.. Leaving for my 6th trip to China next week. That's not fun any more...

If you need help with a Safe... tough ***** LOL

Just kidding... but I'll have to kill you after I help you...
