Here it is. I put the Wilga on the floor and dry fit the Edge together. Looks good. I have the 3W, servos and misc stuff ready to go. I think I will put the Wilga aside and concentrate on the Edge because it will go together a lot faster.

I'm still here all the time, but have lots of work- I still want to study at the same place next year! So I have to work.
No time for my planes- I've been custom building planes for others. I had to give some of my work to a friend as there were so many people in line for the planes BBB (built by Boogie)
I want to start a gasser this summer, but as I won't be able to handle it in money in a 100%this year, it will be a long project and I don't think so, that I will be able to compete with it next year, due to having not enough time to practise

Congrats Jgrav on your new purchase....looks very sweet! That 3W 106CS looks mighty sweet as well! Based on the specs I have seen your engine has about two horsepower more than the DA 100 so it should be great. The DA 100 appears to also be well suited to the Edge after I talked to David at BVM Props. He said he can hover at about a third throttle with the DA 100. I guess that extra 2 horsepower will be good when you add your smoke system.

Hi guys,
I maidened my plane last week end.
The plane is so stable, and guess what, I have zero trims on all surfaces !It just lock in like a pattern plane. The feeling of the CG is just right for IMAC flying. Just done a normal sequence during my first flight and it feel sharp all the way.
Landing is more like touching down on a piece of pillow, you will sure enjoy it.
Managed to get about 8 flights throught the weekend. Need to do some inspection and will fly again the next few weekends.

pure nitro - looks great! You are going to love it more and more as you start getting used to the airplane. I've finally finished the break in period on my DA and was able to fly it on the 3 blade prop this weekend (and put the spinner on!). I'm about five gallons in now and I'm starting to get more comfortable with it, I even had it hovering 15ft off of the deck for the first time! Keep us posted!

I just saw an ad on RCU, BVM is having a sale on the plane, the purple and blue house schemes (Like CSpaced's) are on sale for $950. Heck of a deal on that plane.
