Tried a ship's chandlery ??? they have very fine steel wire, crimping tools and quick snap SS fittings.... that's where I'll go when I get to that.

hi guys i have found a great modification for my ultimate 33% regarding the turnbuckles from unscrewing. great idea takes 1h to do but save precious hours from now on. instead of screwing 8 small and delicate turnbuckles that become loose , i have found a way to keep them screwed and fixed with cyano all i have to do is to unscrew or unscrew 4 screws. it only takes a minutes to get my plane ready. here are some pictures of what i did. PS sorry for the quality of the pictures they are very bad i will try to make new one on the weekend and post them again, but you can see and understand the modification i did.
waiting for your comments i am soo proud of myself
cheers

That is a great idea! Will do that with my 33% WM Ultimate. By the way, I have all hitec 5955 servos on mine with a smartfly power distribution module and two LiIon Bats. On the nose there is a 100 DA (of course). Great flying plane.

i didn't really try it to the extreme i only did 3 flights. still tuning but it seems very easy and very good plane. although i did this modification i think i am gona fly it more often its soo easy now.
yes its heavy tale i had to put all 3 battery's NIMH on the front. i am using 8 servos 8511 and i also did another modification which is the rudder servo i put them in the fuselage with floating bell crank.

hi super stick. the wing end is the same as it comes in the box the only thing i did is that when you modify and you tune the cords. all you have to do is to put cyano on the turnbuckles in order to fix them once for all.
if you need to take them off all you have to do is to loosen the screw on the modification you made and the wire will come lose .

I put the 2 rudder servos in the tail and moved the engine about 1/4 of an inch forward with spacers. This helps qith the balance without the need of any pull-pull extra hardware. It can do square knife edge loops. Still tunning.
