Default AXI 2208/34. i need a plane

ok, i have this motor with ESC, HS-55, Jeti receiver, and 830mah tanics and need a foamy that will perform GREAT! i dont want no shocky edge though, iv had a few of those. the only shockflyer that i would consider is the Yak, but is there anything else decent out there?

Hi SBR RV
Have you tried the ikarus yak 54
It's a great little foamy with a fast roll rate and can perform 3D tricks flawlessly and your axi motor is perfect for it

Or theres also the ikarus F3A which has a slightly slower roll rate than the yak but is equally as good at 3D but is also capable of pattern flying
I own a F3A at the moment with a axi 2208/34 motor and it runs beautifuly

Hope you come right

Jason

Ive got the Axi 2208/26 (basically identical to yours) with a CC25, sd 100's and FP 800mAh 3s packs. It flys really great. Best 3d plane to learn on. It makes you feel so confident. Yesterday after only about 15 flights i did my first hand catch landing, 100's of rolling circles, rolling harriers at knee level and flying under goal posts.

Seriously, buy the yak, you will be extremly happy with it

I don't know if they have any more available, but you could also put that stuff in an Aeroworks Sukhoi profile. The small batteries might be a problem for CG, but with everything else and 1320's the 2208/34 with a 10X4.7SF hauls that thing around nice, and it flies awesome!

Hello,
I got a Axi 2208/34 with the thought of using it in a scratch built but I was in Hobby Lobby (not the one that sales R/C) and saw a very large foam glider for kids and bought it on a lark ($8.00 less 30% sale price). I put elev. and eilerons on it and installed the 2208/34 - man does it fly -- I use half power when I hand launch and it goes streight up. So for just a few $$$ I have a real flyer that gives tons of fun.

A great outdoor foamy with the motor and batteries you have is the charger rc cr1-pro.

I've been flying mine for well over a year, with 2208/34 3cell 910 tp. and only one servo for ailerons.

perfect set up for all 3-d, hovering and catching you will not be sorry. Do not put a 2208/34

on a ikarus shock flyer you will be dissapointed. for a shock flyer stay with a 2204/54, check out

you tube schock flyer in gym,the red super star.
