Default Don Lowe Masters

Well its crunch time, there's less than two weeks left to the Don Lowe Masters and everyone is trying to get ready for the event. Some of us still finish airplanes (Shulman) while others are out practicing there buts off (or so they say).

This year we will be sponsoring:
Gerald Neel: flying Radiowave Extra 330, DA-150, KS 1090 Tuned Pipes, Mejzlik 29x12n 3 blade, JR radio and servos.

Don Szczur: flying Radiowave Extra 300, DA 150, Greeves tuned pipes, 28.5x12 Mejzlik 3 blade, JR radio and servos.

Marco Benincasa: Radiowave Extra 300, DA 150, KS 1090 tuned Pipes, Mejzlik 29x12n 3 blade, Futaba 14mz Radio and servos.

We also want to send a HUGE!!!! Thanks Desert Aircraft (Dave Johnson) and Team FUTABA (Frank Noll) -for really stepping up and helping us equip Marco Benincasa's airplane. Hopefully we will post some pictures of the plane in the next couple of days.

We are looking forward to Seeing everyone there and want to wish all the pilots best of luck.

Hi guys! Can't wait to be in competition! Let me thank Jtec's Al&Kevin, Dave at Desert Aircraft and Frank Noll for Futaba for all the help and support!

JAS?!?! You were PRACTICING? What the hell.....you don't need to practice man! Usually you go for the first round while the glue is still sticky! If you practice, are you sure the plane will be new enough for the competition?
I still wait your new address to send you my magazines ahem ahem.....especially the one with the Shootout reportage, with a picture of you drawing the instruments on the tank...!

I hope that this time I'll fly without my "notorious" luck: rudder gone at the 2002 T.O.C., engine lean at the Shootout freestyle..etc etc....and everytime JASon is near me.....maybe...maybe...maybe......

See ya soon guys!!!!!

Marco

so Marco, does that mean that everytime you're near me.... ... lets see, I crashed at 2002 TOC, had to fly 3 different planes at the Shootout, just crashed last Friday and will be letting glue dry on my new plane when the first round starts...hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I'll give you my address in SC, just make sure you bring the magazines to save sending them

HA!!!! That is so true.

Marco you better not have a 2002 TOC rudder problem and hopefully everything will be pretty much dialed in by the time you get here.

I can't help it you thought Tucson would be 60 degrees like back in MI... Glad it's working well for you, just keep it going through the Masters and Shootout... just like the Nats. See it's not all bad. Oh yea, I didn't have any issues with alarm clocks in Tucson, but there seems to be an issue with the T-Rexx you built me, it didn't stay together...

As for the Trex if you didnt give it full positive collective into the ground it would be together.

I've seen Andrew do some pretty cool things with his Trex also Jason so don't feel so bad. He is the only person I have seen crash from 200ft in the air. Well actually I've seen Jason do some good crashes too.
