loks like they are going for around three hundred with 65.00 shipping. they look the same as the last bunch.

KMP made them-
I have the Edge and the YAk... Freaking awsome planes for the $$$. I glued a few things here, and there, but NICE planes. 80% as good as the TOC ones. Here's a few shots of my YAK. (I added the striping) (in the back ground you can see the Edge tail sticking up) I have $325 into the edge, and $340 into the YAK (minus gear) Like I said can't beat it!!

No clue about the covering, I actually think its monocoat?!
Its strong and heats and shrinks just like mono coat. I'm telling you.. for the loot, they can't be beat. I'm probably going to snag an extra and have all 3, that way when I ball the Edge up, I'll just slap the extra together.

Not yet.. finishing it NOW.
All I have left is to figure out the batt and reg placement for weight. And the stupid canopy ( I hate mounting these things) And a few odds and ends... It came out pretty nice. can't wait to fly it!! SC

And before any one starts to chomp on me...
Yes I have a Futaba sticker and a Hitec sticker. I use Futaba radios and Hitec servos. I know this is basically a sacrilege, but I don't care!!

What's the weight like on one when it's ready to fly? Are they heavy, or right in the ballpark for a great flying 3D plane?

My edge is at 18.5 lbs, but thats with an MVVS 58 which is 1.5 lbs heavier than a DA 50.
So they are pretty light! Basically same weight at the TOC1 (AM) planes. You can't go wrong!! Seriously! (Unless I got lucky and got good ones.. but 2 good one in a row) When i finish the YAK I'll weigh it. I weighed the individual parts before assembly and they added up to like 12.5 or so lbs? (I posted a thing on the old site about this)
