THE BEST foamy!
ok guys after being dumb and dumping my monte (the best foamy on earth) i realized there out of production. i got myself an e-flite tribute which has got to be the WORST foamy. the elevators broke off today so now im looking for a new foamy.
any of you know a good foamy for a himax brushless motor. im having terrible luck, all the planes i like need outrunners. again if you know a great foamy or a fairly cheap esc, outrunner combo let me know. please, any suggestion would help! |

yes, u need a outrunner for the sypher. Get a charger rc cr1 foamy. One of the best foamy's i have owned. only $29.99

yea. www.chargerrc.com. Get the CR1 if u get any of their kits. It comes in all white foam. no scheme. i just used sagi tape and krylon short cuts spray paint to paint the canopy part. I have a video of it too. check it out .... http://www.flyinggiants.com/gallery/...=500&ppuser=53

again i have the same problem with the diablo....it looks like a great foamy but i dont want to buy a outrunner and an esc and solder new connectors onto it....to much hassle. im thinking about just looking around for a cheap outrunner and esc combo

If your looking for a plane with a gearbox setup mount for motor. The InsaneFoamies.com Yaks have it for both ways...

youngflier, ive got a shocki for sale (if i were you i'd scrap the foam on it, its a slightly tatty Ikarus Yak)
Its got an Axi 2208/26, Ripmax SD200 servos, GWS 4ch RX, Castle Creations 25amp speedo and a flightpower 3s800mah pack. I will also throw in the charging leads for free  .Im wanting £100 for it complete (so about $180) but if wou want to save postage costs then just let me know and i'll strip,the airframe and send off the electronics. Hope it helps, George
