I think that it would be a great Idea. Just need to figure out how to figure out the winner each month.

I think it should be something the moderators make a decission on and just surprise us all. If we already know why have a photo of the month. Photo of the month should be a surprise to all us "regular" folks.
I think the moderators would do a good job at picking a winner.

How about the mods pick four or five pics, and then the rest of us pick the winner from that.
