Man, I want too see Quique's flight a perfect score of 100? is that even possible?
If anyone could pull it off I guess it would be him, but still,........100? W O W! That's impressive, I hope some brought new routines this year to the masters and to the TSO.Chuck |

Chuck,
Its normalized. Meaning, he won the round so he gets 100 for it. Everyone else's score is a % off of that. Its like judging on the curve.

I talked with Will Berninger a couple of times today. He is there calling for Kurt Koelling and Jason Noll.
Seba zeroed his freestyle yesterday for crossing the deadline - since one freestyle can be dropped, he moved up substantially today after getting in a good free. Jason Noll flew a VERY solid unknown and known today which moved him up a bunch. Kurt's freestyle got too close to the trees. As in through the trees. 2 years ago, Kurt did a pass BEHIND the trees and scared the crap out of himself and his caller (me). This time, the trees won. Real bummer as the plane was pretty much completely destroyed. I was very sad to hear that Kurt didn't make the first cut today. Flying is starting EARLY and looking directly into the sun in the morning. Will says everyone there is flying extremely well and that the contest has been run very smoothly. A great time as usual at Tripple Tree. Ken |
