How about a 33% h-9 cap this will put you in the 24 lb range

24 pounds might be hard to do unless you go Comp-arf or a smaller wood plane. FWIW, my 35% 260 with full carbon and stock mufflers is 25.5 pounds. I could probably do 25 even with no wheelpants, Kavan wheels, CF spinner, and wood prop, but the CG would be 3D only - precision would look a little sketchy!

Body, I would get an AW 260, but there is not one to be found.

If you need something quick, i would go with 33% WH Extra 260. Mine weight 24lbs with super ZDZ-80 on KS canister. There is enough room to fit 2 pipes in the fuse with little work.

Wingspan:
98"
Length:
90"
Wing Area:
1750 Sq.in.
Weight:
22-23 lbs.
with 5 lb. engine
Power:
75cc to 106cc gas, single or twin
Price:
$699.00

You'd be close to 25lbs with a QQ 102" and your BME.

BME still has a few 37% Ultimates left. Killer with a 115. I believe they still have some for 675.00

Comp Arf now has a 2.6m 260, which will EASILY accomodate full length pipes because of the higher wing location. That would be my first bet if I was bolting a 115 into a 33-35% plane, because of the generally great flying characteristics of the 260's.

Second choice would be a Comp Arf Small yak or QQ 102" Yak.

It is about 99% most likely that the 115 and pipes will be going in a Krill Katana, if not I will give the 2.6 260 a look. Th QQ yak has been done 1000 times, so looking for something more unique, like the Krill. The plane has to be able to fit full length pipes.
