At Sun Valley we had a great day of practice. QuiQue, Bernd, and Huff came up from Tucson, plus Dean Bird and myself were already there. The four of us had the skies to ourselves. Jason Krause was there to show us anything we can do he can do backwards, inverted and in reverse.

Seeing the plane go in and thinking to myself that all is lost and over for the New Zealand Team. That sick, nauseaus feeling. Not a whole lot of mourning for the Team as the beers popped open. Sad reflection until the last drop and Frazier announces that his beer was finished and it's time to go to work. The rest of the Team gulped what beer they had left and sprang into action. JimO coughs up a 4.8v battery for the ignition. Baldrich takes back his break-in fuel that he gave me the day before and before you now it 'Ole Trusty' was running again.

I have never in my life seen such a great attitude after such disaster. These guys just take it all in stride, no lost tempers, no whining or complaining. I don't think I could carry on as the Team has done. These guys are roll models believe me.

GO TEAM NEW ZEALAND

All is good here honeybun!! The sun is shining, and the legs are getting some ray's. I think I may be reflecting them, man I'm pale!
Bogan is the only bloke I know than can BBQ a 260 and still stay positive. The 260 ended up being a little overdone though

No Pipes. Not time not enough beer, for a retro pipe fit. Just a trust old DA150 (148 skunk works version), and Bobs your uncle. Looked pretty good on the test flight. Was geting a little on the dark side, so we didn't achieve much, ecxept making sure it all worked.

this is what he said. The reason some stupid rumors get started is because some one sees some words on a page and dont read the context. Most the time those people are reporters lol
