Default 3-D FLYER MAG

I was thinking about subscribing to 3-D Flyer magazine. What do you guys think about the mag? The one issue I saw seemed like it had a lot of non-3-D stuff in it.

Its not as thick as the other magazines. I do enjoy reading it though. There are some pretty good How To's and reviews in it.

Yeah, for the price it is a little on the skimpy side. Course if you can do without the pages covering flying lawnmowers, zagis, gws products and such than you'll find you have a pretty good mag touching on such products that are more Giants style. I just wish it was thicker without compromising it's intension.

What I would love to know is... why was there a LARGE spread on Top Gun in 3D flyer...... I was quite suprised to see that in there... where the hell was the editor when they proofed that copy?

Yep, there is more to 3D Flyer than 3D Flying, which can be bothersome when you expect to see mostly our bigger planes in there. Never would have expected a Super Chipmunk on the cover of a 3D mag.

I do like it better than the other magazines though. Lots of good stuff in there that applies to us.

Did anyone see this months issue?
How about that Super Skybolt?

I used to get it, but the same EXACT stuff is seen in all other rags. I just got tired of getting a 27 page Model Airplane news... the Junior version of a sister Mag.
